End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant [Your Name/Company Name] grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Dumpster: Photo/Video Recovery strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions on Use You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the application.

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application.

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) of the developer.

3. Maintenance and Support The developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.

4. Privacy and Data Access By using the application, you acknowledge that media scanning and recovery features run locally on your device. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content processed or stored within the app.

5. Apple Specific Terms

Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Product Claims: The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your possession and/or use of the application.

6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Terms of Service

 Effective Date: September 29, 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Dumpster: Photo/Video Recovery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. 2. Scope of Service Dumpster provides utility features including photo and video recovery scanning, media playback, local smart search, private vault storage, secret notes, and storage analysis. 3. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for backing up your important data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any PIN, passcode, or password set up for the Private Vault.
