1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Dumpster: Photo/Video Recovery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Scope of Service Dumpster provides utility features including photo and video recovery scanning, media playback, local smart search, private vault storage, secret notes, and storage analysis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for backing up your important data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any PIN, passcode, or password set up for the Private Vault. We cannot recover lost PINs or vaulted content if the app is deleted or passcode is forgotten.

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purposes or to violate any local laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to offer high data recovery rates, we do not guarantee 100% recovery of all deleted files due to variations in operating systems, hardware overwrites, and device storage conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss or unauthorized access.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
